ESE Bulgham Bay - Great Coastal Site, take off is now from the a field over the tramlines. Plenty of space but bomb out options not tested. Suggest you do not use if conditions are light or marginal. You can follow the coast down to Laxey and land on the beach. Also land the west side of the road 0.8kms south of take-off to avoid as much rotar as possible.
