Do you want to know who is out on the hill and what its like? Or do you want to let others know what it is like at a site or need a Retrieve after an epic XC flight? Now you can do this from your mobile phone. Its as simple as texting and is virtually free (costs less than a fraction of a penny). The message will be available for others to view on their mobile phones or the website (see the Who Where box on the right of the Homepage) for the rest of the day.
Enter http://www.manxparagliders.com/index.xhtml in to your phone to give it a go!
On your phone click on the 'Who Where' link
Select your name from the list (it will remember it the next time you use it)
Select a site that your are at - or Select 'Retrieve please!' if you are a sky god that has just landed out
Enter info on what the conditions are like in the 'Comment' box - e.g. 12mph Thermic, looks fab!
Click 'Send'
The information will instantly be available for other club members to see on the website or on their mobile phones. When viewing messages on your phone you can call someone by using the 'Call' link next to a message - your phone will automatically dial their number so that you can find out more!
